At DSR Softwares, we highly value our customers and strive to ensure they have a positive experience with our products and services. Our goal is to help customers make well-informed purchasing decisions and prevent them from buying products that don't suit their needs.
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, DSR Softwares offers a 14-day Money Back Guarantee on most products. Refunds will be granted within this period only under the specified conditions outlined below. After the designated money-back-guarantee period has passed, no refund will be issued.
Non-technical Circumstances
1) Failure to read the product description before purchasing, leading to dissatisfaction with the product’s features and/or performance. We strongly recommend that every customer carefully read the product description before making a purchase.
DSR Softwares does not offer refunds if the product does not meet the customer’s expectations due to a lack of understanding of its functions and capabilities. However, DSR Softwares can exchange the purchased product for the correct one, provided the price difference does not exceed USD $20, within the guarantee period. If the exchange is for a product of lower value, DSR Softwares will not refund the price difference.
2) Refund requests related to claims of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payments. We advise customers to contact their card issuer if they suspect fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. Since DSR Softwares uses an independent payment platform, we are unable to monitor the authorization of payments. Once an order is processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. However, DSR Softwares will exchange the purchased product for one that the customer prefers. Any subscription cancellation will be subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the terms of use.
3) Refund requests based on the failure to receive a registration code within two hours after the order has been processed. Normally, once an order is validated, the system will automatically send a registration email within 1 hour. However, delays may occur due to internet issues, system errors, spam filters, or email address typos. In such cases, customers should contact the DSR Softwares Support Center to retrieve the registration code. All queries will be responded to within 24 hours.
4) Refund requests for the purchase of an incorrect product, when the customer has already purchased the correct product from another vendor.
5) Refund requests based on price differences for DSR Softwares products between regions or compared to prices from other companies.
6) Refund requests for part of a product bundle. DSR Softwares works with a third-party payment platform that does not support partial refunds for a single item within an order. However, DSR Softwares may refund the full bundle if the customer has purchased the correct product separately within the bundle’s guarantee period.
7) Refund requests due to a change of mind after purchase.
Technical Circumstances
1) Refund requests due to technical issues when the customer refuses to cooperate with the DSR Softwares support team, including declining to provide detailed information or refusing to follow troubleshooting steps provided by the support team.
2) Refund requests for technical problems that occur after a software update, if the order exceeds the 14-day guarantee period.
DSR Softwares offers refunds in the following situations, in accordance with our Money Back Guarantee guidelines.
Non-technical Circumstances
1) If Extended Download Service (EDS), Registration Backup Service (RBS), or Download Insurance Service were purchased separately from the product without realizing they could be removed, we will assist you in contacting the payment platform to arrange a refund for these services.
2) If you mistakenly purchased the wrong product and need to swap it for the correct one, DSR Softwares will refund the original product cost once the proper program is purchased.
3) If you accidentally purchased the same product twice or bought two products with similar functions, DSR Softwares will refund one of the products or exchange one for another DSR Softwares product of your choice.
4) If the customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase, has not been able to retrieve it from the DSR Softwares Support Center, and has not received a timely (within 24 hours) response from the Support Team, DSR Softwares will issue a refund if the customer no longer requires the product.
5) If a technical issue led the customer to purchase a different product from another company to complete their task, DSR Softwares will either exchange the product or provide a full refund.
Technical Problems
If the software purchased encounters critical technical issues and no solution has been provided within 30 days, DSR Softwares will issue a refund if the customer prefers not to wait for a future upgrade.
Once a refund is processed, the corresponding license will be deactivated.
Download Version: Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
Disc Version: Destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card, bank account, or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Depending on the user’s bank processing times, refunds may take 48 to 72 hours to be credited.
